TOUR OVERVIEW
The ruins of Angkor- a well known world heritage are located amid forests and farmland to the north of the Great Lake (Tonle Sap) and 7km north of Siem Reap. The temples of the Angkor area number over one thousand were constructed from the ninth to the thirteenth century, many of them have been restored, and together, they comprise the most significant site of Khmer architecture.
Most of them, fortunately, not very far from each other and were identified by the Conservation d'Angkor in 2 circuits easily accessible by car or tuk-tuk. The "small circuit" is 15 km and the "Grand Circuit" is 34 km.
This excursion features all the highlights of Angkor Kingdom: Angkor Wat, Angkor Thom, Srah Srang, Banteay Srei, Kbal Spean, Terrace of the Elephants and Terrace of Leper King. It also brings you a glimpse into Cambodian beauty with a visit to Phnompenh and Tonle Sap.

Siem Reap & Surroundings
Siem Reap is the capital of a province bearing the same name in northwest Cambodia. Located 300 km north of Phnom Penh, Siem Reap becomes a gateway to the Angkor region. Siem Reap is alluring huge crowd for its Angkor Temples (Buddhist Pagodas or Wats) around 7 km away from downtown. Siem Reap means the “Defeat of Siam” and refers to the centuries-old conflict between the Siam (now Thailand) and Khmer people.

Siem Reap
Siem Reap is the capital of Siem Reap province, which is over 300km to the north of Phnom Penh, Cambodia. This city attracts a lot of tourists thanks to the Angkor Temples located about 7km from the city center. The city spreads about 3km from the north to the south, along the Siem Reap River and 4-5km from the east to the west, along with the National Road No.6
Siem Reap means "Siam Defeated" and refers to the 16th-century victory that solidified the Khmer kingdom.
